Job Description: You will be responsible for owning media planning and delivery for key accounts. This includes day-to-day client servicing, optimizing ongoing campaigns, and coordinating between clients and internal teams. You will manage the implementation, optimization, and performance of campaigns, as well as assist in strategic analysis. Additionally, you will interact with clients on a daily basis and present final plans to them. Your role will involve owning brand and individual KPIs to drive business goals. You will supervise and design media plans using appropriate tools, foster a culture of innovation, and provide proactive inputs to clients. Facilitating the development of team members through coaching and training will be part of your responsibilities, along with ensuring smooth team functioning and timely conflict resolution.
