Execute creative concepts provided by the Creative Director or Marketing team, adapting them for multiple platforms and formats. Maintain brand consistency across multiple channels and projects. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across departments continents to drive alignment and project success. Must be available to work across overlapping US time zones (EST) to ensure effective communication and timely execution with global stakeholders. Essential Qualifications/Competencies: 3 5 years of professional experience in advertising, broadcast design, or digital media production. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Media Encoder Advanced video editing skills and audio integration for promotional content. Ability to tell a story in :15/:30/:60 using rough outline. Familiarly with Avid files is preferred. Strong understanding of Western design trends, typography, and visual storytelling. Experience with 3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar). Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Experience producing assets for television, streaming, or digital advertising. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across time zones. Creative, resourceful, and detail oriented. Strong sense of visual composition and brand alignment. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Culturally fluent Western markets.
