Job Title: Creative Visual Designer About the Role We are seeking a visionary Creative Visual Designer with a deep understanding of multicultural design aesthetics, especially western theatre, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in entertainment, media, and branding, seamlessly blending global cultural influences into visually compelling content. You will play a key role in shaping the creative direction for our projects, crafting immersive visuals that resonate with diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities To run with a weak concept, and execute high-quality designs & theatrical key art, box covers across multiple platforms, including digital, print, motion, physical and experiential media. Utilize elevated design sense & develop designs that elegantly merge multi-national artistic sensibilities, ensuring cultural authenticity and global appeal. Conduct meetings with US producers, directors, and marketing teams to craft visually stunning assets for film, television, gaming, and live events. Establish and maintain a consistent visual identity for projects, ensuring alignment with overarching creative and strategic goals. Stay ahead of western design aesthetics especially theatrical along with emerging global design trends, technologies, and entertainment industry shifts to keep our content fresh and engaging. Oversee timelines, budgets, and production schedules for creative projects, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery. Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of experience in western creative design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in entertainment, media, or gaming. Proven expertise in both Western and Eastern design styles, with an understanding of their cultural significance and artistic heritage. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign) and other relevant design software. Experience in creating vector logos & title treatments is required. Motion graphics, 3D rendering, and immersive media (VR/AR) is a plus. Exceptional storytelling abilities, with an eye for visual narrative and brand development. Deep understanding of entertainment industry design needs, including key art, promotional campaigns, and visual identity creation. Strong communication skills and the ability to present creative concepts to stakeholders.
