Digital Media Planner

As a Media Planner at our company, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Owning up media planning and delivery for key accounts - Providing day-to-day client servicing, optimizing ongoing campaigns, and coordinating between clients and internal teams - Managing the implementation, optimization, and performance of ongoing campaigns, and assisting in strategic analysis - Interacting with clients on a daily basis and presenting final plans to them - Owning up brand and individual KPIs to drive business goals - Supervising and designing media plans using appropriate tools - Fostering a culture of innovation and contributing to creative media solutions - Proactively providing inputs and directions to clients, and being responsive to their needs - Facilitating the development of team members through coaching and training - Ensuring smooth team functioning and timely resolution of conflicts Qualifications required for this role include: - 1-4 years of experience in a similar field - Previous experience working with a digital media agency and managing end-to-end Digital Media Planning campaigns - Platform knowledge including Facebook, Google, Programmatic, and Publishers - Good vendor relations and experience managing multifunctional teams - Skills in developing media strategy, implementing campaigns, and managing accounts - Ability to handle multiple projects, set and meet deadlines, and stay abreast of industry trends - Experience with media dashboards such as Adwords, Dv360, and Facebook - Analytical mindset with a creative approach - Understanding of media governance processes and inter-departmental relationships Additionally, the most important skills for this role include: - Strong verbal, numerical, and strategic reasoning abilities - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Building interpersonal relationships and critical stakeholder management - Knowledge of media planning tools like Comscore, GWI, and Similarweb Join us in this exciting opportunity to drive impactful media planning strategies and contribute to our innovative solutions!,
