Are you a data-driven B2B marketer with a passion for scaling online businesses for international regions? We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketer to lead our digital growth strategy across platforms for the international market.
● Build & Scale paid media strategy (Google, LinkedIn, Meta) → pipeline (Qualified Leads) & revenue.
● Lead $25000+/month campaigns, optimize CPA/CPL/ROAS.
● Responsible for maintaining industry benchmarks for CPL, CPMQL, CPDemo, CP Proposal & CAC.
● Drive B2B lead generation through targeted digital initiatives & cross-channel campaigns across search, social, display, and affiliates.
● Align closely with Sales/Demand Gen on pipeline impact
● Drive experimentation, CRO, and funnel optimization
● Own audience strategy, reporting, and attribution
● Leverage analytics to design personalized campaigns and enhance CRM efficiency.
● Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance with actionable insights.
● Collaborate with creative, sales, and product teams to align marketing with business goals.
● Someone who knows how to how to build B2B lead funnel from the international Market (Saas or IT Domain)
● 5–8 years of experience in Performance / Paid Acquisition / Demand Gen (mandatory experience of B2B lead generation from South-east Asia & MENA Region or globally).
● Strong B2B SaaS track record (esp. South-east Asia & MENA Region)
● Owned seven-figure monthly budgets, full-funnel strategy
● Strong expertise in performance marketing, paid media, and digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEM, social media ads).
● Deep Google Ads + LinkedIn Ads expertise
● Hands-on experience with cross-channel campaigns & marketing automation tools.
● Hands-on with HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, A/B testing
● A creative thinker with strong communication, and problem-solving skills
