Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Rudrapur for a Digital Marketing Trainer. The Digital Marketing Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive digital marketing training sessions, including topics such as social media marketing, SEO, content marketing, and email marketing. The trainer will create training materials, conduct workshops, provide mentorship, and assess the progress of the trainees. The role also involves staying updated with the latest industry trends and incorporating them into the training curriculum.

Skills Required:-

• SEO & SEM – Understanding keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, paid campaigns.
• Social Media Marketing – Strategy building, ad management, and content promotion across platforms.
• Content Marketing – Copywriting, storytelling, and AI-driven content creation.
• Email Marketing – Automation workflows, personalization using AI, A/B testing.
• Analytics & Reporting – Google Analytics, GA4, attribution models, and interpreting data.
• Influencer & Affiliate Marketing – Understanding collaboration strategies.
• AI Content Tools – ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, Writesonic, Grammarly, Quillbot.
• AI Design Tools – Canva AI, MidJourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly.
• AI Video Tools – Synthesia, Pictory, Runway ML, Lumen5.
• Ad Optimization with AI – Meta Ads AI, Google Ads Smart Bidding, AI-driven targeting.
• CRM & Automation – HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zapier, Notion AI, Airtable.
• Data-driven Marketing – Predictive analytics, customer segmentation using AI.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Training skills
• Strong Marketing and Sales abilities
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing
• Experience in creating and delivering training programs
• Ability to mentor and guide trainees
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
