We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Team Lead to spearhead our online marketing efforts. This role will oversee the digital marketing team and be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Plan integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Manage digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketers, including SEO/SEM specialists, content creators, email marketers, and social media managers.
Foster a collaborative, data-driven, and innovative team culture.
Campaign Management
Oversee execution of campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
Monitor and report on key metrics (CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc.), adjusting tactics as needed.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, HubSpot, etc.) to measure campaign success.
Conduct A/B testing, CRO efforts, and audience segmentation to improve performance.
Content & SEO Oversight
Guide content creation strategy for blogs, emails, landing pages, and social media.
Supervise SEO initiatives and monitor keyword rankings and organic growth.
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with product, design, and sales teams to align messaging and goals.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership on digital marketing performance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
