Job Title: Jn. HR Recruiter Location: Onsite – Delhi Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday) Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Salary: ₹20,000 per month Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team at our Delhi office. The ideal candidate will support various human resource functions including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, etc.) Handle onboarding and documentation of new employees Maintain employee records and HR database Support in organizing employee engagement activities Ensure compliance with HR policies and company standards Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination Coordinate with other departments for HR-related needs Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (Freshers welcome) Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Why Join Us: Fixed day shift Professional and growth-oriented work environment Opportunity to learn multiple aspects of HR Show more Show less
