The ideal candidate should have expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, paid advertising, and content strategy. A strong analytical mindset, creativity, and familiarity with e-commerce marketing will be key to success in this role. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). • Plan, manage, and optimize SEO and SEM campaigns to improve organic visibility and lead generation. • Create and oversee social media marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and community engagement. • Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce impactful marketing materials and creatives. • Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking. • Analyze campaign data and performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other analytics tools. • Conduct competitor analysis, audience research, and trend monitoring to refine marketing strategies. • Work with e-commerce and sales teams to design digital funnels that increase conversions and ROI. • Manage digital advertising budgets and provide detailed monthly performance reports. • Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and technology. ________________________________________ Required Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. • 2–5 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist, Performance Marketer, or SEO/SEM Specialist. • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), and CRM/Email Marketing platforms. • Strong understanding of SEO, Social Media Management (SMM), and Search Engine Marketing (SEM). • Hands-on experience with content marketing, email automation, and lead generation strategies. • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. • Creative thinking combined with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) is a plus. • Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced and innovative environment. ________________________________________ Preferred Skills • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc.). • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing. • Knowledge of video marketing and basic editing tools. • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot are highly desirable.
