We are seeking a Crisis Manager who can take charge of business continuity, risk mitigation, and funding strategy — while aligning internal teams toward unified recovery goals. This role goes beyond routine crisis handling; it requires a visionary executor capable of blending financial restructuring, strategic partnerships, and operational discipline to bring the company back to a position of strength. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Crisis Strategy & Execution • Design and implement a comprehensive business continuity plan tailored to the company’s current challenges. • Identify root causes of the crisis across operational, financial, and strategic areas and lead structured recovery initiatives. • Funding & Financial Stabilization • Work closely with leadership to devise innovative funding strategies (short-term capital inflow, structured repayments, investor confidence rebuilding, etc.). • Support in negotiations with financial partners, investors, and vendors to stabilize cash flow and commitments. • Risk Analysis & Mitigation • Analyze potential business and operational risks, develop mitigation frameworks, and implement early-warning systems. • Oversee physical security and business infrastructure continuity. • Incident & Stakeholder Management • Lead real-time response during incidents to ensure smooth operations. • Act as a central liaison between leadership, team heads, investors, and vendors during crisis periods. • Cross-Functional Leadership • Collaborate with design, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure strategic alignment. • Foster transparent communication and motivate teams to stay focused and productive through uncertainty. ⸻ Qualifications • Proven experience in Business Continuity Planning and Crisis Management • Strong analytical and financial problem-solving skills • Understanding of physical security protocols and incident frameworks • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities • Comfortable working under pressure and taking decisive action • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience • Prior experience in agency, startup, or turnaround environments is a plus ⸻ Why This Role Matters This is not a routine managerial role — it’s a mission-critical leadership position designed to help The Artistic Company emerge stronger from a difficult period.
