About The Role

We’re looking for a

Digital Marketing Manager

to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable business impact. In this role, you’ll manage performance marketing efforts across search, social, display, and programmatic channels — translating client goals into data-driven campaigns that outperform industry benchmarks.This is a hands-on, analytical role where you’ll partner closely with clients, creative teams, and media planners to ensure campaigns not only launch flawlessly but also continuously improve over time.

What You’ll Do

Campaign Strategy & Execution

Develop end-to-end digital marketing strategies tailored to client objectives.Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, video, and display platforms.Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and pacing to maximize ROI.

Optimization & Performance

Monitor analytics dashboards, identify trends, and implement ongoing optimizations.Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to improve click-through, conversion, and retention rates.Generate actionable insights from campaign performance data and present findings to stakeholders.

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

Act as a trusted advisor for clients, providing proactive recommendations and innovative media solutions.Work cross-functionally with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure messaging and targeting are aligned.Participate in strategic planning sessions to influence campaign direction and growth opportunities.

Innovation & Growth

Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging ad platforms, and best practices in performance marketing.Test and adopt new tools and technologies to drive efficiency and scalability.

What You’ll Bring

3–5 years

of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple channels.Proven track record of delivering strong ROI through performance marketing strategies.Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic DSPs.Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar tools.Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
