Role Overview: As a Digital Marketing Specialist , you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and other paid channels. Your goal will be to drive high-performing marketing initiatives that boost traffic, improve conversion rates, and grow revenue. Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube). Develop and implement data-driven strategies to maximize ROI and scale revenue. Conduct regular A/B testing on ad creatives, audience segments, and bid strategies. Manage remarketing, lookalike audiences, and customer segmentation to drive efficiency. Monitor KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Shopify Analytics. Create actionable performance dashboards and deliver weekly marketing insights. Collaborate closely with design, content, SEO, and e-commerce teams for campaign alignment. Continuously improve landing pages, product listings, and funnel experience to increase conversion rates. Skills & Qualifications: 3–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or performance marketing. Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Video). Strong knowledge of digital marketing analytics, conversion tracking, attribution models, and optimization tactics. Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify (D2C or fashion domain is a plus). ROI- and metrics-driven mindset: You understand budget allocation, CPA optimization, and performance scaling.
