Role Overview: You are a dynamic and experienced Store Sales Executive, joining our boutique team to provide exceptional customer service, drive sales, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. Your role involves greeting customers, assessing their needs, and offering personalized shopping experiences. You must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of fashion trends and products, meet and exceed sales targets, maintain visual merchandising, manage inventory, handle customer queries professionally, and build long-term customer relationships. Additionally, staying updated on industry trends and participating in store events are crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers, assess their needs, and provide personalized shopping experiences in the store. - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of fashion trends, products, and the boutique's offerings to assist customers. - Meet and exceed individual sales targets through effective product recommendations, cross-selling, and up-selling. - Maintain the store's visual merchandising to reflect current promotions, seasonal trends, and brand standards. - Manage inventory and assist in stock replenishment as needed. - Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally and in a timely manner. - Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies. - Participate in store events, promotions, and sales campaigns as required. Qualification Required: - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in fashion retail or boutique sales. - Strong product knowledge in fashion to offer styling advice and recommendations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and foster positive relationships. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment. - Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. - Team player with a passion for fashion and driving business success. - Basic computer skills and experience with POS systems.,
