Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and other paid channels. Your goal will be to drive high-performing marketing initiatives that boost traffic, improve conversion rates, and grow revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to maximize ROI and scale revenue.
• Conduct regular A/B testing on ad creatives, audience segments, and bid strategies.
• Manage remarketing, lookalike audiences, and customer segmentation to drive efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Shopify Analytics.
• Create actionable performance dashboards and deliver weekly marketing insights.
• Collaborate closely with design, content, SEO, and e-commerce teams for campaign alignment.
• Continuously improve landing pages, product listings, and funnel experience to increase conversion rates.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Video).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing analytics, conversion tracking, attribution models, and optimization tactics.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify (D2C or fashion domain is a plus).
• ROI- and metrics-driven mindset: You understand budget allocation, CPA optimization, and performance scaling.
