Digital Marketing Specialist job description

We are looking for a creative and detail oriented digital marketer to join our team! You’ll be responsible for helping Vanguard Logistics build our digital strategy, optimize the performance of our social platforms, conduct research and consequently strengthen our digital presence.

Digital Marketing Specialist responsibilities

· Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy.

· Help ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and collateral by enforcing brand guidelines and best practices.

· Manage and optimize the company's website and landing pages to enhance user experience and conversion rates.

· Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to boost organic visibility and ranking.

· Build, manage, and grow social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

· Overseeing the creation and maintenance of social media and website content.

· Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Manager, etc.) to drive actionable insights

· Collaborate cross-functionally and cross-regionally to ensure content and messaging aligns with overall marketing strategies.

· Plan and manage online events such as webinars and workshops to strengthen brand positioning and foster client engagement.

· Optimize email marketing campaigns

Qualifications & Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

· 3-4 years of proven experience in digital and social media marketing.

· Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and analytics.

· Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, SEMrush (or similar).

· Knowledge of WordPress CMS, HTML, and CSS concepts.

· Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.

· Strong project management skills.

· Creative problem-solver with attention to detail.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

· Agency experience is a plus
