WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

In this role, the graphic designer will be creating visual content for print, digital, and broadcast platforms to reach target audiences. The designer will work closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications to develop impactful and high-quality content. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who can independently manage projects.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

· Create visually compelling designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, digital ads, and social media content.

· Work independently and with cross-functional teams on multiple projects, consistently meeting deadlines.

· Produce and edit videos for campaigns, events, and corporate communications.

· Enhance the brand identity, reviewing brand guidelines, and ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.

· Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance the visual representation of our brand across all marketing channels.

· Reviewing current design elements and materials to identify room for improvement.

· Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve our visual marketing efforts.

· Articulating and presenting creative ideas/treatments.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

· 2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in an agency or an in-house team. Having experience in the logistics and transport industry is a plus.

· Hands-on experience with creative graphic production design software and image editing software (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, After Effects).

· Familiarity with design systems and maintaining/updating content libraries.

· Knowledge of HTML and experience with WordPress and responsive design.

· Knowledge of video production, editing, and photography.

· Bachelor’s degree in design, media, or related field preferred.

The candidate must be able to provide a Digital portfolio that displays a variety professional design projects featuring digital, social, web, and motion work.
