We are now expanding our reach — and looking for a marketing professional who can amplify our voice, engage parents, drive user acquisition, and build our brand.


Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can lead and execute data-driven digital initiatives to grow our user base, strengthen our brand presence, and scale our platform across India. This role blends creativity, strategy, performance analytics, and hands-on execution.


Key Responsibilities


1. Performance Marketing (Google, Meta, YouTube)

You will plan and optimise paid campaigns across major ad platforms. This includes:

  • Structuring ad campaigns for installs, leads, and engagement
  • Conducting keyword and audience research for precision targeting
  • Analysing CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and retention metrics
  • Running experiments (A/B tests, creatives, audience segments)
  • Building weekly performance dashboards and insights

Outcome: Efficient user acquisition and lower marketing costs while scaling growth.


2. Social Media & Content Strategy

You will shape how Study100on100 appears on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

  • Create content calendars aligned with product launches and campaigns
  • Work with designers/editors to produce reels, educational posts, and ad creatives
  • Optimise posts for engagement, reach, and shareability
  • Develop content pillars for parents, students, educators, and partners

Outcome: Stronger brand identity and a growing parent-centric digital community.


4. Email, WhatsApp & Push Automation

You will design and execute communication workflows that nurture and retain users.

  • Build onboarding, nurturing, and re-engagement sequences
  • Draft crisp, high-converting copy for parents and students
  • Analyse open rates, click-through rates, churn patterns
  • Conduct A/B tests for timing, frequency, messaging, and audience

Outcome: Improved retention, higher engagement, and better activation.


5. Analytics, Insights & Reporting

Data drives your decisions.

  • Use GA4, App Analytics, Meta dashboards, Firebase, and Search Console
  • Track user funnels, drop-offs, time spent, and install-to-login behaviour
  • Present weekly insight reports with action recommendations
  • Spot early trends and propose strategic improvements

Outcome: Actionable insights that solve problems early and maximize growth.


6. Brand & Community Development

You’ll help shape how families perceive Study100on100.

  • Support influencer outreach and school/teacher collaborations
  • Maintain consistent messaging across all digital channels
  • Engage with comments, parent discussions, and feedback loops
  • Coordinate with product teams for feature launches and campaigns

Outcome: Trust, credibility, and a growing Study100on100 parent community.


Skills Required

  • Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads
  • Understanding of SEO, ASO, and analytics tools
  • Ability to conceptualise and guide high-quality creative content
  • Clear communication and strong copywriting ability
  • Comfort with fast-paced, high-ownership environments
  • Experience in EdTech or parent-facing brands is a plus


Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant fields
  • Certifications in Google Ads / Meta Ads / Digital Marketing preferred
