Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to help us create and execute digital marketing campaigns that promote Ram Empire India’s products and services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a deep understanding of various online marketing channels, and the ability to drive growth through innovative strategies.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our online marketing efforts to ensure that we meet our customer acquisition and brand awareness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design, plan, and implement targeted campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • SEO & Content Marketing:
  • Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic traffic and rankings.
  • Manage content creation (blogs, landing pages, social media posts) to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform content and SEO strategies.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement, trends, and brand mentions.
  • Manage paid social campaigns and analyze their performance.
  • Paid Media & PPC Campaigns:
  • Create, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies as needed to ensure campaigns are achieving the desired ROI.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other marketing software.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:
  • Work closely with the design, product, and sales teams to ensure digital marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
  • Support the development of email marketing strategies to drive customer retention and lead generation.
  • Innovation & Trend Awareness:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Experiment with new platforms, tools, and strategies to ensure the company is always at the forefront of the digital marketing space.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, including experience with SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Proven track record of driving growth through paid and organic campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and stay ahead of digital marketing trends.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
