RAM Empire India, a leading name in the real estate sector, is looking for dynamic and motivated Real Estate Salespeople to join our team. As a Real Estate Salesperson, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth by generating leads, interacting with clients, and closing deals related to residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate leads through telecalling, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Client Interaction: Understand client needs and recommend suitable real estate solutions (residential/commercial properties).
• Property Showings: Arrange property visits, provide detailed property information, and assist in the negotiation process.
• Market Research: Stay updated with current market trends, property rates, and competitive properties.
• Documentation: Assist clients with paperwork, contracts, and legal documentation related to property transactions.
• Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Customer Support: Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 6 months in real estate or telecalling experience.
• Own Bike: Must have a bike to travel to various property sites and meet clients.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients professionally.
• Target-Oriented: Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of the real estate market in Noida and surrounding areas is a plus.
• Personality: Self-motivated, confident, and enthusiastic with a passion for sales and customer service.
• Local Knowledge: Candidates from Noida or nearby locations are preferred.
