Role Description We are seeking a qualified Real Estate Salesperson for a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves managing property sales activities, building relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying potential sales opportunities. Responsibilities include showcasing and marketing properties, assisting clients through the buying and selling process, analyzing market conditions, and negotiating and closing property deals. The ideal candidate will work to exceed sales targets while aligning with the company's commitment to excellence in service. Qualifications Experience in Real Estate, Real Property, and possessing a valid Real Estate License Strong Sales skills with proven expertise in identifying and closing real estate deals Exceptional Customer Service skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Knowledge of the Navi Mumbai real estate market is a significant advantage Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently on-site
