Job Profile: Real estate Sales and Marketing Executive

Job type: work from the office, (Need to Travel for site visits as and when needed)

Exp required: 2-4 years in a similar field

Salary: Depends on Previous Salary

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Receive Direct Walk-ins and Pitch the projects they are interested in,
• Interact with customers and understand their actual requirements
• Must have significant experience & and knowledge of the Real Estate Industry
• Handling incoming leads, telephonic inquiries as well as walk-in inquiries. Also, work towards converting the leads into confirmed bookings
• Excellent communicator and target-oriented person
• Maintain Smooth communications with the clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Work closely with CRM, Payment followups, and other followups
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing business and client needs
• Personality, business, and interpersonal skills
• Basic accounting and math, resourcefulness, honesty, and knowledge of the market
• Self-motivation, persistence, and active listening
• Social reminders, patience, and negotiation skills
• Tactfulness, telecommunications, and outstanding customer service skills.
