Role Overview Were hiring smart, driven individuals to join our Sales & Presales team . You will: ? Handle incoming leads ? Qualify clients ? Present our offerings ? Help convert inquiries into projects This is a perfect role for those passionate about interiors and client interaction. ???? Key Responsibilities Assist the sales team in client meetings by gathering requirements and understanding design expectations Handle inbound leads via website, WhatsApp, phone, Channel Partners, and Builders Qualify leads based on budget, location, timeline, and service requirements Educate clients on Krish-Vs unique offerings (factory advantage, process flow, materials) Schedule consultations, site visits, and Experience Centre walkthroughs Maintain lead records in CRM and follow up regularly Coordinate with the design and estimation teams for proposal creation Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets ? Requirements Strong communication & people skills Minimum 1 year of experience in pre-sales or client servicing (Preferably in interior design, architecture, or fit-out industry) Basic understanding of design is a plus Fluent in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Kannada CRM knowledge & disciplined follow-up skills Excellent coordination and presentation skills ????
