Role Overview

Sales & Presales team

You will:

? Handle incoming leads

? Qualify clients

? Present our offerings

? Help convert inquiries into projects

This is a perfect role for those passionate about interiors and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in client meetings by gathering requirements and understanding design expectations
• Handle inbound leads via website, WhatsApp, phone, Channel Partners, and Builders
• Qualify leads based on budget, location, timeline, and service requirements
• Educate clients on Krish-Vs unique offerings (factory advantage, process flow, materials)
• Schedule consultations, site visits, and Experience Centre walkthroughs
• Maintain lead records in CRM and follow up regularly
• Coordinate with the design and estimation teams for proposal creation
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Strong communication & people skills
• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in pre-sales or client servicing
• (Preferably in interior design, architecture, or fit-out industry)
• Basic understanding of design is a plus
• Fluent in

  English, Hindi, Tamil, and Kannada

• CRM knowledge & disciplined follow-up skills
• Excellent coordination and presentation skills
