Interior Sales, Pre Sales

As a Sales team member at Krish-V Global Interiors, your role involves identifying new sales opportunities and converting inquiries into confirmed projects. You will need to understand client needs and collaborate with the design team to present tailored solutions. Conducting client meetings, design briefings, and project walkthroughs are crucial tasks, along with preparing and presenting pricing, proposals, and sales documentation. Building and maintaining long-term client relationships, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, and maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting are essential responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new sales opportunities and convert inquiries into confirmed projects - Understand client needs and collaborate with the design team to present tailored solutions - Conduct client meetings, design briefings, and project walkthroughs - Prepare and present pricing, proposals, and sales documentation - Build and maintain long-term client relationships - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets - Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting Qualifications Required: - Any Bachelor's degree with Good Communication Skills - 2 - 4 years of proven experience in sales (preferably in interior designing, architecture, real estate, or related sectors) - Negotiation and interpersonal skills - Ability to understand design proposals and explain them effectively to clients - Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite - A customer-focused, target-driven approach At Krish-V Global, you will have the opportunity to work with a creative and collaborative team, exposure to high-end design projects, and career growth and learning opportunities within the design and fit-out industry.
