Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising. Collaborate with the marketing team to design, plan, and implement targeted campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. SEO & Content Marketing: Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic traffic and rankings. Manage content creation (blogs, landing pages, social media posts) to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment. Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies as needed to ensure campaigns are achieving the desired ROI. Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other marketing software. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the design, product, and sales teams to ensure digital marketing efforts align with overall business objectives. Support the development of email marketing strategies to drive customer retention and lead generation. Innovation & Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Experiment with new platforms, tools, and strategies to ensure the company is always at the forefront of the digital marketing space. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, including experience with SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns. Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.). Proven track record of driving growth through paid and organic campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly. Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and stay ahead of digital marketing trends. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
