Key Responsibilities:


  1. Plan, build, and execute paid media campaigns across Google, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and Taboola.
  2. Optimize campaigns for performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS.
  3. Monitor daily budgets, bidding strategies, and ensure campaigns stay within performance targets.
  4. Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  5. Develop and refine audience strategies using interest, custom, lookalike, and contextual targeting.
  6. Manage retargeting funnels and maximize conversion opportunities through remarketing.
  7. Track, measure, and report performance using pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion events.
  8. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  9. Scale campaigns profitably through horizontal and vertical growth strategies.
  10. Stay updated with advertising policies, platform updates, and industry best practices.
  11. Collaborate with creative and content teams to deliver impactful ad concepts and creatives.

 

Skills & Qualifications:


  1. 4–6 years of proven experience managing performance campaigns across

    Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and Taboola

    .
  2. Strong knowledge of

    conversion tracking, attribution models, and retargeting funnels

    .Data-driven with the ability to analyze and interpret reports from Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other tools.
  3. Demonstrated expertise in scaling campaigns profitably across platforms.
  4. Ability to troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions.
  5. Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

 

Education:


  1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Equivalent experience in digital marketing will also be considered.
