1. Plan, build, and manage Facebook Ads campaigns end-to-end (campaigns, ad sets, creatives, targeting, and testing).
2. Optimize for performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, and CPA while maintaining ROI.
3. Monitor daily budgets, bid strategies, and performance to ensure campaigns stay within targets.
4. Develop and test ad copies, creatives, and landing page variations to improve performance.
5. Analyze target audience behavior and refine targeting strategies (interest, custom, and lookalike audiences).
6. Publish daily/weekly campaign performance reports with key metrics and insights.
7. Scale campaigns horizontally and vertically to maximize reach and revenue.
8. Keep up-to-date with Facebook Ads best practices, policy changes, and industry trends.
9. Collaborate with the creative/content team to suggest engaging ad copy and visual ideas.
1. Proven experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns (budget allocation, targeting, scaling).
2. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret Ads Manager reports.
3. Ability to troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and take corrective action.
4. Strong understanding of Facebook Pixel, conversion tracking, and retargeting funnels.
5. Excellent communication and time management skills.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent experience.
