Job Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing our media and advertising campaigns. Your main objective will be to enhance our media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty. In this position, your principal responsibilities will include analysing target audiences, managing campaign budgets, and evaluating campaign performance. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and monitor growth by implementing campaign solutions; build campaigns, monitor, and optimize for performance and work towards marketing objectives, Taboola /Yahoo Gemini/Outbrain/Revco tent Ads/ Google / Facebook ads 
2. Manage the implementation, tracking, and measurement of integrated digital marketing campaigns within the defined timelines and budgets. 
3. Generate the revenue streams by adopting the horizontal scaling model 
4. Should have previously demonstrated an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines when working on multiple projects with tight deadlines. 
5. Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates. 
6. Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against objectives and key results.  
7. Working closely with clients to understand their needs, wants, and objectives, and then determining which media channels fit best for specific campaigns 
8. Be updated with the latest trends and best practices on the digital Marketing platform. 
9. Optimize and scale metrics like CPC, CPI, CPA, CTR, and CPM for all campaigns, ad groups, and ad sets. Publish a daily performance summary report for key metrics. 
10. Religiously track funnel conversion and identify key areas for improvement. Engage with the concerned team to drive engagements and deliver results

5. Experience of working in a fast-paced environment 
6. Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)  

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in marketing/business administration or a similar field
