Role Overview


As a PPC Specialist/Manager you will own the paid online advertising channels (search, display, video, social, etc.) and work to drive efficient user acquisition, conversion, and long-term growth. You’ll partner closely with growth marketing, product, analytics/data science and operations to optimize spend, creative, measurement and experimentation.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop, launch and manage PPC campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, Microsoft Ads, programmatic display, etc.).
  • Conduct keyword and audience research to identify high-opportunity segments and refine targeting strategy.
  • Write and test ad copy, creatives and landing pages to improve click-through (CTR) and conversion rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance and budget spend; optimize bids, budgets, creative, targeting, and landing page flows to maximize ROI/ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Set up and maintain tracking, attribution and analytics: ensure campaigns are accurately measured, conversions attributed and data-flows are reliable.
  • Work with data science/analytics to run A/B tests and experiments (creative, audiences, bid strategies, landing pages) and interpret results.
  • Build dashboards, reports and insights to communicate performance, learnings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product/UX to ensure landing pages, funnels and user flows align with campaign goals and user experience.
  • Stay current on industry trends, platform changes and best practices in PPC and digital marketing; adapt strategy accordingly.
  • Potentially explore new channels (e.g., emerging social, app install, generative AI ad placements) and test them with pilot campaigns.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience of 2-3 years in managing paid search/display/social campaigns with meaningful budgets.

  • Strong knowledge of PPC platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.), bid strategies, audience segmentation and ad formats.

  • Experience with tracking and attribution frameworks (UTM tagging, conversion tracking, analytics platforms, perhaps data pipelines).

  • Analytical mindset: comfortable with numbers, interpreting metrics, building reports, and making data-driven decisions.

  • Strong communication skills: able to write compelling ad copy and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, adapt in fast-moving environments, and strive for growth + efficiency.

  • (Preferred) Experience with programmatic or display advertising, mobile/app campaigns, or working in a growth/analytics-led marketing team.


Roles and responsibilities - 


Define and own the PPC acquisition strategy: channel mix (search, social, display, video, programmatic, new/ad-tech platforms), audience segmentation, creative/offer strategy and budget allocation.


Online presence:

Building and maintaining a strong online presence through websites, social media profiles, and other digital platforms. 


Content creation:

Creating engaging and informative content, such as blog posts, videos, and infographics, to attract and retain customers. 


Digital advertising:

Using online advertising platforms like Google Ads and social media ads to target specific demographics and interests. 


Email marketing:

Building and nurturing relationships with customers through email newsletters, promotions, and other email campaigns. 


Social media marketing:

Engaging with customers and building brand awareness through social media platforms (Meta platforms) like Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube. 


Analytics and measurement:

Tracking the performance of digital marketing campaigns and making data-driven decisions.
