Overview: We are seeking a creative and dynamic Digital Media Executive to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing digital media strategies that increase brand awareness and drive conversions. You will be responsible for managing our online presence, optimizing campaigns, and leveraging data analytics to enhance our digital marketing efforts.
· Develop, implement, and manage effective digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
· Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs and enhance ROI.
· Create and curate engaging content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with brand voice and messaging.
· Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective marketing collateral.
· Manage the company’s social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, and community engagement.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the digital landscape.
· Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and influencers to expand brand reach.
· Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and audience insights, recommending strategies to tap into emerging trends.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

· Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SEMrush).
· Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, social media platforms, and email marketing.

· Creative thinker with a passion for digital media and innovation.
· Experience with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

· Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
