We are now looking for a Full-Stack Digital Marketer who can drive our brand, content, demand generation, and digital growth across all channels.

As a Full-Stack Digital Marketer, you will own end-to-end digital marketing for LeoRix — including content strategy, social media, paid ads, SEO, website optimization, email automation, analytics, and brand visibility.
You will work closely with the Founders, Sales, and Product teams to create high-converting digital funnels and position LeoRix as a global enterprise AI leader.
This is a high-impact role where one person can shape the entire marketing engine.

🔹 1. Content, Social & Branding
• Create high-quality content for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, webpages & blogs
• Build the LeoRix brand narrative around AI, Enterprise workflows, Schema-Free systems, and “Hey Leo” automation
• Create daily posts, carousels, graphics, short-form videos & reels
• Manage brand consistency across all channels
🔹 2. Performance & Growth
• Run paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta
• Optimize cost-per-lead (CPL), ROI, and funnel conversions
• Build remarketing, nurturing & enterprise targeting campaigns
• Analyze analytics and optimize campaigns weekly
🔹 3. Website & SEO
• Improve website copy, landing pages & product messaging
• Handle SEO: keyword strategy, backlinking, optimization
• Manage technical SEO & content SEO
• Implement CRO (conversion rate optimization)
🔹 4. Product Marketing
• Convert product features into simple, powerful messaging
• Create pitch decks, feature updates, product videos
• Support sales with marketing collateral (PDFs, flyers, mailers)
• Build enterprise positioning for buyers like CIO, CTO, COO, IT Directors
🔹 5. Email, Automation & Funnels
• Run email campaigns, newsletters & drip flows
• Manage HubSpot, Zoho or similar CRM
• Create end-to-end lead generation & nurturing funnels
🔹 6. Analytics & Reporting
• Track KPIs: leads, CPL, website metrics, engagement, conversions
• Build growth dashboards for leadership
• Present weekly performance with actionable insights

• 3–7 years digital marketing experience (preferably in AI, SaaS, B2B, Enterprise Tech)
• Strong hands-on experience in:
✔ Social media marketing (LinkedIn, X, IG)
✔ SEO (technical + content)
✔ Performance marketing (Google, Meta, LinkedIn Ads)
✔ Content writing for tech/B2B audiences
✔ Website optimization & landing page design
✔ Marketing automation tools (HubSpot/Zoho/Active Campaign)
✔ Analytics (GA4, Search Console, SEM tools)
• Ability to create visual content (Canva, Figma is a plus)
• Understanding of AI terminology, enterprise workflows, SaaS models
• Strong storytelling, creative thinking & understanding of enterprise buyers
• Strong Graphic Designing Skills -
✔ Canva – expert level
✔ Figma – preferred
✔ Ability to create social media creatives, carousels, banners
✔ Ability to create product visuals, brand assets & pitch deck designs
✔ Basic motion graphics for short videos/reels is a plus
