Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist – Lead Generation

Location: Moti Nagar, Delhi-110015

About the Role

Digital Marketing Specialist specializing in Lead Generation


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, to drive qualified leads.
  • Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce cost per lead (CPL).
  • Implement effective SEO and content marketing strategies to improve organic lead generation.
  • Manage and grow leads through targeted

    email automation, remarketing, and drip campaigns

    .
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align lead generation strategies with business goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare detailed reports on KPIs (CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROI, etc.).
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and campaigns to improve conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in

    digital marketing with a strong focus on lead generation

    .
  • Hands-on expertise with

    Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO, and Marketing Automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.)

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    conversion funnels, retargeting, and performance marketing

    .
  • Experience in creating

    landing pages and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)

    strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in

    Google Analytics, GA4, and other reporting tools

    .
  • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
