Job Description:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across

  Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and other digital platforms

  to meet specific business goals.

• Develop data-driven marketing strategies

  that align with brand objectives and growth targets. Recommend campaign structures, audience targeting, and creative direction.

• Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to maximize ROI, ROAS, and lead quality

  , ensuring cost efficiency and performance excellence.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools

  . Prepare periodic performance reports with actionable insights.

• Plan, allocate, and manage digital marketing budgets effectively across campaigns and channels.

• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions (CRO).

• Work closely with SEO teams to ensure consistent messaging, keyword alignment, and synergy between paid and organic efforts.

• Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithm updates, tools, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
