Job Description

Digital Marketing Specialist

social media, digital ads, content, and creative design coordination

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Manage and monitor social media pages, create engaging posts, and respond to leads/comments.
Assist in content creation — write copy, coordinate graphics, and oversee creatives with design teams.
Handle Meta and Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand visibility.
Analyze campaign metrics and performance reports to suggest improvements.
Work closely with HR and operations teams to align recruitment ads and communication.
Contribute to email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and website updates when required.

Requirements:

Experience:
1–3 years in digital marketing (agency or brand side).
Education:
Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.
Skills Required:
Social Media Marketing (Meta, LinkedIn)
Ad campaign management (Google Ads / Meta Ads)
Content writing and copy creation
Graphic design coordination (basic Canva or Photoshop skills a plus)
Understanding of SEO and lead funnels is an advantage.
