We're growing rapidly and looking for a talented Performance Marketing Expert to join our team at our Lucknow Office!

We're seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Expert with expertise in running paid ads on Meta and Google platforms. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and executing performance marketing strategies to drive conversions and revenue growth

• Managing and optimizing ad campaigns across Meta and Google platforms

• Tracking and analyzing ad spend, conversions, and other key metrics

• Collaborating with our creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives

• Identifying opportunities for campaign optimization and A/B testing

• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a similar role

• Proven track record of success in running paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
