Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, analyze user behavior, and generate actionable insights. Design visually appealing graphics and content using Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and graphic design principles for social media posts, ads, and website assets. Manage social media accounts through social media management tools, creating engaging posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals. Execute conversion optimization strategies to improve landing pages, call-to-actions, and overall user experience. Implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and streamline campaign processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on B2B marketing initiatives and e-commerce projects to ensure cohesive branding and messaging. Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, SEM/SEO best practices, and emerging tools to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness. Experience Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content creation, and analytics. Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs; proficiency in Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms. Strong skills in HTML, CSS; familiarity with JavaScript or SQL is a plus for advanced tracking or customization tasks. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design; experience with content management systems like WordPress is required. Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple channels. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and performance marketing strategies to optimize online sales funnels. Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and demonstrate ROI of campaigns. Prior experience supporting B2B marketing initiatives is advantageous.
