Duties

• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content using SEO tools to improve organic search rankings.
• Manage and update content management systems (CMS) including WordPress, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and optimized for SEO.
• Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, analyze user behavior, and generate actionable insights.
• Design visually appealing graphics and content using Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and graphic design principles for social media posts, ads, and website assets.
• Manage social media accounts through social media management tools, creating engaging posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
• Execute conversion optimization strategies to improve landing pages, call-to-actions, and overall user experience.
• Implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and streamline campaign processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on B2B marketing initiatives and e-commerce projects to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, SEM/SEO best practices, and emerging tools to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.

Experience

• Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content creation, and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs; proficiency in Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS; familiarity with JavaScript or SQL is a plus for advanced tracking or customization tasks.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design; experience with content management systems like WordPress is required.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple channels.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and performance marketing strategies to optimize online sales funnels.
• Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and demonstrate ROI of campaigns.
