Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of HR recruiters/agents.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordination with clients.
• Conduct interviews, maintain candidate databases, and ensure timely placement tracking.
• Liaise with international clients and agencies for job requirements and updates.
• Develop hiring strategies and ensure compliance with MEA recruitment standards.
• Maintain documentation and oversee visa, medical, and deployment coordination processes.
  

Requirements:

• Experience:

  1–2 years in HR, recruitment, or team management (mandatory).

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.

• Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in candidate sourcing and onboarding.
• Leadership qualities and ability to work under deadlines.
• Knowledge of recruitment operations (overseas or domestic preferred).
