Experience Required

Must Have:

  • Proven hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video).
  • Proven hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram paid campaigns).
  • Strong knowledge of campaign setup, optimization, A/B testing, audience targeting, retargeting, and budget management.
  • Ability to track, measure, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other reporting tools.

Desired to Have:

  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and overall digital marketing ecosystem.
  • Experience with other paid platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of graphic tools like Canva or Photoshop for ad creatives.

Specific Skills

Must Have:

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
