Job Summary: As a Sales Executive at Ecuzen Software Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in both the pre-sales and post-sales phases. You will engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, demonstrate our solutions, and ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction after the sale. Key Responsibilities: Pre-Sales: Identify and generate new business leads through research, cold calling, and networking. Understand client requirements and provide technical/product presentations and demonstrations. Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs. Assist in creating sales strategies and market analysis to maximize business growth. Participate in client meetings and support RFP/RFI responses. Post-Sales: Ensure smooth handover of projects to the delivery and support teams. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. Act as a point of contact for clients to resolve any post-sale issues or queries. Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities by identifying client needs. Collect client feedback and coordinate with internal teams to implement improvements. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field. Freshers to 3 years of experience in IT sales, pre-sales, or post-sales support preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of IT products and solutions (software, cloud, SaaS, etc.). Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and effectively. Self-motivated with a keen interest in sales and technology.
