Experience: 0 – 3 years (Freshers with good communication can apply)

Experience Required

Must Have:

  • Prior experience in sales/telecalling/inside sales (IT sales preferred).
  • Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Confidence in handling outbound calls and follow-ups.

Desired to Have:

  • Knowledge of IT products, software solutions, or SaaS-based services.
  • Basic understanding of lead generation and CRM tools.

Specific Skills

Must Have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation ability.
  • Basic MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to meet daily/weekly calling targets.

Desired to Have:

  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
  • Experience in using sales CRM software.

Job Summary

The Business Development Executive (BDE) will primarily focus on sales activities through telecalling, identifying potential customers, generating leads, and following up to close business opportunities. The role requires proactive outreach, effective communication, and building customer interest in IT products/services.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients for product pitching and sales.
  • Generate leads through telecalling, cold calling, and follow-ups.
  • Identify prospects and create interest in the company’s IT solutions.
  • Maintain and update customer database/CRM with calling details and responses.
  • Work towards achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for lead nurturing.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services to clients.
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Share daily/weekly reports on calls made, leads generated, and closures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
