Job Summary:

As a Sales Executive at Ecuzen Software Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in both the pre-sales and post-sales phases. You will engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, demonstrate our solutions, and ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction after the sale.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Understand client requirements and provide technical/product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Assist in creating sales strategies and market analysis to maximize business growth.
  • Participate in client meetings and support RFP/RFI responses.

Post-Sales:

  • Ensure smooth handover of projects to the delivery and support teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients to resolve any post-sale issues or queries.
  • Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities by identifying client needs.
  • Collect client feedback and coordinate with internal teams to implement improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Freshers to 3 years of experience in IT sales, pre-sales, or post-sales support preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of IT products and solutions (software, cloud, SaaS, etc.).
  • Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a keen interest in sales and technology.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
