Job Role: Sales Executive – IT/FinTech Solutions

Type of Position: Full-time, Work from Office

Education Requirement: Graduate (BBA/B.Com/B.Tech preferred); MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus

Location: Jaipur

CTC: As per industry standards (based on experience and performance)

Experience Required:

Must Have:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT sales
  • Proven experience in lead generation and closing deals
  • Experience in handling pre & post-sales tasks
  • Familiarity with SaaS, cloud-based solutions, or FinTech products
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Understanding of IT/Software sales cycle
  • Ability to research, identify, and nurture new business leads

Desired to Have:

  • Knowledge of FinTech products, industry trends
  • Experience in preparing proposals, RFP responses, and client demos
  • Comfortable in client visits and field sales (if required)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with a background in IT and/or FinTech. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing sales, generating qualified leads, and ensuring smooth execution of pre & post-sales processes. The role demands strong customer interaction, business development, and closing capabilities.

Job Description:

  • Identify and generate new leads through various channels (cold calling, emails, online platforms, events)
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable IT/FinTech solutions
  • Coordinate with technical/pre-sales teams for product demonstrations
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms to close deals
  • Handle onboarding, client communication, and post-sales support coordination
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain regular follow-up with clients for repeat business and referrals
  • Maintain and update records in the CRM system
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to enhance offerings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
