Paid Ads Expert


Position Overview

The Paid Ads Expert will be responsible for the end-to-end management of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive business growth and ROI.

This role requires strong analytical skills, a creative mindset, and proven expertise in managing advertising budgets at scale.


Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Management

  • Design and execute comprehensive paid media strategies to support lead generation, sales, and brand growth.
  • Launch and manage campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Develop and manage both acquisition and retargeting campaigns to nurture prospects through the funnel.

Optimization & Analysis

  • Perform A/B and multivariate testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  • Optimize campaigns daily to improve CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor performance dashboards and provide actionable insights.

Reporting & Insights

  • Deliver detailed campaign performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders to enhance marketing ROI.
  • Ensure proper implementation of tracking, pixels, and analytics tools.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with content, design, and strategy teams to produce high-performing ads.
  • Partner with global stakeholders to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Stay ahead of industry updates, platform changes, and competitive benchmarks.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Proven ability to manage medium-to-large budgets with measurable ROI.
  • Expertise in PPC, retargeting, display campaigns, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads Manager, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience with both B2B and B2C campaigns.
  • Agency background with multi-account management experience.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms.

  • Achievement of campaign ROI and ROAS targets.
  • Reduction in CPA and improvement in CPC benchmarks.
  • Delivery of consistent lead and conversion quality.
  • Timely and actionable reporting for stakeholders.
