Digital Marketing Specialist

Clooud Cubicles seeks a Digital Marketing Expert to master all marketing tools and launch high-impact campaigns for our remote job platform with integrated AI resume builder, targeting India's growing remote work market.

Role Overview

Own all digital marketing operations using tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, Mailchimp, and Google Analytics to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue. Create data-driven campaigns showcasing Clooud Cubicles' AI resume optimization and remote job matching features. Post-probation, transition to full strategic ownership with company-provided laptop.

Key Responsibilities

Execute paid campaigns (Google/Meta/LindedIn Ads) targeting 10K+ quarterly sign-ups, approx 30% MoM traffic growth, and positive ROI (>2x ad spend).

Manage SEO, email automation, social content calendars, and A/B testing to optimize conversions for job seekers and recruiters.

Analyze performance metrics, produce campaign assets (ads, videos, landing pages), and conduct competitor research in HR tech space.

Required Qualifications

2-3 years hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads certification preferred, Meta Blueprint, SEO platforms).

Proven track record creating campaigns for SaaS/HR tech startups, with portfolio showing CAC reduction or user growth metrics.

Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, heatmaps) and creative content production (Canva, video editing).

Excellent English/Hindi communication; fully remote work experience essential.

Compensation Structure

Total CTC: ₹6,00,000 per annum maximum

Fixed Salary: ₹3,00,000/year (₹25,000/month) – full pay during probation.

Performance Bonus: Up to ₹3,00,000/year (₹75,000/quarter max), paid quarterly after probation completion upon hitting ≥80% of targets

Probation Period: Employee should have his/her own laptop.

Post-Probation: Company laptop provided

Half-Yearly Compensation Review: Upon Performance target met, you will be eligible for the Half Yearly Compensation Review

Probation Period (6 Months)

Full fixed salary from Day 1; performance reviewed monthly with formal evaluation at 3 and 6 months.

During probation: Employee must use personal laptop; 15-day notice for termination by either party.

Successful completion confirmed in writing, unlocks quarterly bonuses, company laptop, and 1-month notice period.

Extension possible once (up to 3 months) with written notice if 70-90% targets met.
