Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Head with at least 3+ years of experience to lead our digital marketing efforts for both Indian and international markets. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns to drive brand growth, lead generation, and global reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for India and international markets
• Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other global platforms
• Lead SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media initiatives
• Analyze performance using Google Analytics and other tools; optimize for ROI and conversions
• Plan and manage social media calendars aligned with global audiences and time zones
• Coordinate with design, content, sales, and international stakeholders
• Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns
• Stay updated with global digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
• Guide and mentor junior team members or external agencies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
• Strong understanding of global digital marketing strategies and audience targeting
• Experience with SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and lead generation
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ads platforms
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with international clients
• Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
• MBA or professional certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot) are a plus
