Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Kochi. This position is well-suited for early-career professionals who possess a solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and demonstrate excellent English communication skills. The role offers hands-on exposure across multiple digital channels and the opportunity to contribute to brand visibility and business growth.

The selected candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to support digital initiatives, manage online platforms, and assist in executing impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media and online platforms
• Assist in creating engaging content for social media, advertisements, and basic digital creatives
• Manage, monitor, and update company social media profiles and online promotions
• Assist with basic SEO activities and support paid advertising campaigns such as Google Ads and social media ads
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports with actionable insights
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective campaign execution
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and, when required, clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) – mandatory
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, and content marketing
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and commonly used digital marketing tools
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and positive attitude
• Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work in a hybrid work model
