Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AI-powered marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should be skilled in driving organic growth, optimizing content for search and AI engines, and leveraging automation tools to improve campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, GEO, paid campaigns, email, and social media
• Optimize website and content for search engines and AI-driven platforms (GEO)
• Use AI tools for keyword research, content optimization, performance analysis, and automation
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and generate actionable insights
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure brand consistency
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI marketing, search algorithms, and digital platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Strong understanding of SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AI-driven content strategies
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper, Surfer SEO, etc.)
• Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools
• Knowledge of performance marketing, funnels, and conversion optimization
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

• Experience optimizing content for AI search results and generative platforms
• Understanding of prompt engineering for marketing use cases
• Experience in SaaS, IT services, or agency environment
