Location: Mohali Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2+ Years Industry: IT / Software Development / Digital Marketing Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive / Online Bidder to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, LinkedIn, and other portals . The candidate will be responsible for writing proposals, preparing quotations, and communicating with clients to close deals. Key Responsibilities: Identify, generate, and convert business opportunities through bidding portals. Write customized proposals and cover letters for each client/project. Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to create estimates. Follow up with clients regularly to close deals and build long-term relationships. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and project opportunities. Research and analyze market trends and competitor offerings. Prepare and present reports on bidding performance. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proven experience with online bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc. Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into a solution. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills. Basic knowledge of IT services (Web Development, App Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, etc.) is a plus. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Night shift Work Location: In person
