Clanstech is a technology company developing powerful software plugins and automation tools that simplify workflows for developers and businesses. We are now focused on scaling our reach and monetizing our products.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead who can drive growth, increase traffic, and build brand visibility through SEO, content marketing, and performance advertising.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase traffic and plugin sales.
  • Set measurable goals for growth, conversion, and ROI.
  • Identify target audiences and build data-driven campaigns.

SEO and Content Marketing

  • Perform keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Optimize website pages, landing pages, and blogs for on-page and technical SEO.
  • Work with the content team to create SEO-driven articles, tutorials, and product documentation.
  • Track SEO KPIs including rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Test and optimize ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
  • Manage campaign budgets and maximize ROI.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
  • Create monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Monitor conversion funnels and recommend improvements.

Branding and Community

  • Strengthen Clanstech’s online presence and credibility.
  • Collaborate with the design team for visuals and campaign materials.
  • Build awareness through social media and developer communities.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with focus on SEO and paid campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar).
  • Proven track record of driving organic traffic and improving rankings.
  • Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in SaaS, B2B tech, or plugin-based products.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for website optimization.
  • Creative approach to content and growth marketing.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
